T2L Training (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic company that was established in 2019 in Chatsworth, Durban by its founding member, Kesh Davan. Kesh comes from a strong retail and business management background. Her passion for retail began when she joined one of the biggest retailers in South Africa, Massdiscounters in its Game division.
She has gained over ten years’ of experience with the Massmart and Walmart organisations, as well as five years of various business, administrative and skills development experience gained throughout her career.
Kesh holds a Bachelor of commerce degree specialising in Retail Management, and is a qualified Retail Space Planner, Facilitator, Moderator and Assessor.
T2L Training is an accredited skills development provider with W&R SETA.
T2L Training provides both retail and life skills programs needed for students to find employment. Our business model is focused around providing a one stop shop to our clients. We believe in equipping our students with all the tools required to enter and excel in the job market.
Our training focuses on the individual’s development to enhance productivity and higher quality of work-output.
